Join us for a 2-hour somatic and creative experience designed to help you release what's keeping you stuck and reconnect with your authentic expression.
The Flow
We’ll begin with a guided breathwork reset led by certified somatic breathwork facilitator Taylor Wegner. Using intentional breathing, gentle movement, and music, you’ll be supported in connecting to your body, releasing what’s been held, and creating internal space to let your authentic expression emerge.
From there, you’ll transition into unguided intuitive painting on an 11×14 canvas. No prompts. No expectations. No “right way.”
You’ll be invited to work with color as emotional language, letting instinct lead rather than planning or performing. This is not about making something look good, it’s about connecting to your creativity and expressing yourself authentically onto the canvas.
All while being witnessed and supported by community that celebrates your authenticity.
